
Buttery Mashed Potatoes

Creamy, dreamy mashed potatoes that melt in your mouth. Simple, comforting, and perfect with just about anything.
This Recipe Contains
700g (1.5 lbs) potatoes, boiled and peeled
4 tbsp butter
2 splashes of milk
s&p
1 tsp dried oregano (for garnish)
Instructions

Mash the potatoes with a potato masher or fork until smooth.

Add the butter while the potatoes are still warm. Stir it in until it’s fully mixed.

Pour in the milk. Start with a little, and add more if needed.

Add salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.

Serve hot garnished with the dried oregano.
