600g boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 broccoli, chopped into florets
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
200g cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
s&p

Instructions

Preheat oven to gas 6 - 200C - 400F.

Place the chicken in the centre of the dish and scatter the broccoli and cherry tomatoes around it.

Sprinkle the herbs over the dish. Drizzle the EVOO and session with s&p.

Cook for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked throughout.
